Sustainability Conference

Amelia and Jake were invited to attend a sustainability conference held in Birmingham alongside children from other WAT schools, those from around the UK as well as a visiting school from the Netherlands. Guest speakers such as Professor Rob Barrett from the Eden Project gave us an insight to how sustainability can look in our schools in the future.

Both students were very confident when delivering ideas / answering questions based around how changes could possibly be implemented into our curriculum ; school daily life but also the wider environment and community. We are looking forward to how this will develop in school over the coming term. "Both pupils conducted themselves in an exemplary manner and were impressive school representatives. I was very proud."
